摘要
电机电缆引出线及其连线的绝缘效果不佳、绝缘性能指标下降,从而导致电机在使用过程中放炮现象时有发生,尤其是10kV级电机更为突出。为此,我们对10kV级电机电缆引出线及其连接线进行绝缘技术研究,并通过对试验数据及结构的分析,电机电缆引出线及其连线的绝缘性能能够满足要求。
For the cable outlet line and connection line of the motor,the poor insulation effect and the degraded insulation performance index will occasionally lead to the blasting phenomenon of motor during operation,especially for 10 kV class motors.Therefore,we has researched the insulation technology of cable outlet line and connection line of 10 kV class motors.Through the analyses of test data and structure,it is verified that the insulation performance of cable outlet line and connection line of the motor can meet the requirements.
