复合防爆高压异步电机防爆变频控制方法

摘要 变频控制是电机节能的有效手段,对提升电机的高效使用具有重要作用。基于此,设计复合防爆高压异步电机防爆变频控制方法。获取异步电机防爆变频参数,根据变频参数,构建复合防爆高压异步电机变频控制模型;定向控制电机转子磁场,调整电机调速范围;根据变频控制模型输出结果,对异步电机进行定向控制,获取电机转子磁场的定向空间位置:减少电机运行耗电量,进而实现电机防爆变频的精准控制。采用对比实验的方式,验证新方法的电机耗电量控制效果。实验结果表明,该方法的节能效果较好,极具推广价值。 The variable-frequency control of motor is an effective means of saving energy,which plays an important role of improving the efficient use of motors.Based on this,the explosion-proof variable-frequency control method for composite explosion-proof high-voltage induction motor is designed in the following aspects.The explosion-proof variable-frequency parameters of induction motor are obtained,and the variable-frequency control model of the motor is established according to variable-frequency parameters.The magnetic field of motor rotor is directionally controlled,and the speed regulation range of motor is adjusted.According to the output results of variable-frequency control model,the directional control of the induction motor is carried out to obtain the directed spatial position of the magnetic field of motor rotor.The power consumption of the motor during operation is reduced,thereby the precise control of explosion-proof frequency conversion of the motor is realized.A comparative experiment has been adopted to verify the effect of controlling power consumption of the motor rotor method.The experimental results show that this method has a good energy-saving effect,which has a great promotion value.
