摘要
阐述了温升的概念及计算方法,以及温升试验的目的及重要性。叙述了电机绝缘等级与温升和电机寿命的关系,对于无人值守电机长时间运行温升试验,提出了进行优化设计。提升了型式试验的工作效率,提高了电机运行的安全性和可靠性,为评价和改进电机结构设计和冷却提供了依据。
This paper describes the concept and calculation of temperature rise,and expounds the purpose and importance of temperature-rise test.The relationship between insulation grade or temperature rise and life of motor is described.For the temperature-rise test of the unattended motor running for a long time,this paper puts forward to carry out optimal design.Improving the working efficiency of type test and improving the safety and reliability of motor operation will provide the basis of evaluating and improving the structural design and cooling of the motor.
