摘要
卡盘扳手是直接影响工件装夹稳定性的重要车床附件,对卡盘扳手进行创新设计可以有效保障车床操作者的人身安全。通过结构设计、强度校核与稳定性计算分析,设计出一种可调节弹力的自落式卡盘扳手。自落式卡盘扳手由扳手杆、扳手体、滑套、压缩弹簧、调节螺母和联接套等部件组成。压缩弹簧为该产品的核心部件,其变形程度决定了扳手体上四方头的伸出长度,利用此原理可以实现在装夹工件之后扳手可从卡盘体上自动弹出脱落的功能,达到保护车床操作者的目的。通过校核分析发现,压缩弹簧的强度与稳定性均符合要求。实际使用和对比测试的结果表明,自落式卡盘扳手的设计是科学合理的,实际使用是安全可靠的,使用该产品可以有效降低飞出扳手事件的发生概率。
The chuck spanner was an important lathe accessory which directly impacted the stability of workpiece fixing,and designing the innovating lathe chuck spanner could effectively protect the safety of lathe workers.A type of automatic dropped chuck spanner was designed by the way of structure design,strength checking and stability analysis.The automatic dropped chuck spanner was consisted of spanner pole,spanner body,sliding sheath,compression spring,adjusting nuts,joining sheathes and so on.Compression spring was the core part of this product,projecting length of the spanner’s cube top was impacted by the elastic deformation of the compression spring,which realized the function that made the spanner dropped automatically from the lathe chuck after the workpiece had been fixed,so as to protect the lathe workers.After checking,it was found that strength and stability of the compression spring was qualified with the requirements.The results of using and comparison tests indicated that using this product may effectively reduce the probability of spanner throwing.The design of this product was scientific and reasonable,and the usage of this product was safe and reliable.
