某温度保护器环氧泄漏问题分析与改进 被引量:1

摘要 以某款温度保护器在客户端频繁发生温度漂移问题为切入口,通过梳理整个工艺流程并利用鱼骨图分析工具对生产过程中的人、机、料、法、环、测六要素进行排查;同时结合Minitab数据分析软件对物料关键尺寸的稳定性,以及环氧烘烤固化温度与泄漏量二者线性相关性进行了数据对比分析。结果显示,环氧固化工序中出现一定比例的环氧泄漏为该款产品发生温度漂移的主要原因,且环氧固化温度与泄漏量呈反相关。在此基础上提出了相应的工艺改进方案,即将原双组分高温固化环氧替换为单组分室温固化环氧。通过实际验证,使用改进方案后,该款温度保护器产品的环氧泄漏问题PPM从原先20000直接降至0,环氧泄漏及客户端产品温度漂移问题得到有效解决。 In order to solve the temperature protector temperature drift which frequent happened at the client end,through combing the whole process flow and fish-bone diagram analysis tool,we checked the six elements including worker,machine,material,method,environment,and measurement in the production process.Meanwhile,we compared and analyzed the data about the stability of key dimensions of materials and the linear dependence between epoxy baking curing temperature and leakage with the help of Minitab data analysis soft.The results showed that the epoxy leakage of the product in the epoxy curing process was the main cause of temperature drift,and the epoxy curing temperature showed anti-dependence with leakage value.Based of that,a process improvement plan was proposed,that was,changing two-component high-temperature curing epoxy into one-component room temperature curing epoxy.Through actual verification,after using the improved solution,the PPM of the epoxy leakage problem of this temperature protector product was directly reduced from 20000 to 0,the epoxy leakage problem and the client temperature drift problem were effectively solved.
