壳寡糖锌对番茄幼苗生长的影响及对叶霉病的防治效果

摘要 为研究壳寡糖锌(Cos-Zn)对番茄幼苗生长的影响及叶霉病的防治效果,以3~4叶株龄的番茄为研究对象,采用农药室内生物测定试验-盆栽法,研究不同浓度(0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8 g·L^(-1))的壳寡糖锌对番茄幼苗生长的影响和叶霉病防治效果。结果表明:与对清水照组相比壳寡糖锌对番茄幼苗的生长和叶绿素含量有显著的促进作用,但是浓度过高,对番茄幼苗的生长促进作用减弱,其最佳浓度范围为0.4~0.6 g·L^(-1);相同喷施量的壳寡糖锌与嘧菌酯相比,生长和叶绿素含量均偏高;壳寡糖锌对番茄叶霉病具有显著的预防和治疗作用,药剂喷施浓度0.6 g·L^(-1)时防治效果最好,其预防和治疗的防效分别达到80.88%和71.02%;与嘧菌酯相比,其预防效果显著偏高,治疗防效偏低,差异不显著。由此可见,壳寡糖锌对叶霉病菌的预防作用更加显著。 In order to study the effects of chitosan-oligosaccharide zinc(Cos-Zn)on the growth of tomato seedlings and the control of leaf mold,different concentrations of chitosan-oligosaccharide zinc were used on tomato seedlings.The results indicated that Cos-Zn had significant facilitation effects on the growth of tomato after three times of application.The optimum concentration of chitosan-oligosaccharide zinc was 0.4-0.6 g·L^(-1).Too high concentration of chitosan-oligosaccharide zinc restrained the effects.Meanwhile,the content of chlorophyll of the tomato leaves was increased after the application of Cos-Zn.Chitosan-oligosaccharide zinc showed significant preventive and curativ effects on leaf mold.the best of which were 80.88%and 71.02%respectively at the concentration of 0.6 g·L^(-1).Compared with azoxystrobin,its preventive effect was significantly higher,and thecurativ effect was lower,with no significant difference.It can be seen that chitosan oligosaccharide zinc has a more significant preventive effect on leaf mold.
