2种芳香万寿菊精油的GC-MS分析与抑菌活性研究

GC-MS Analysis and Antibacterial Abilities of Two Essential Oils from Tagetes lemmonii A. Gray

为明确芳香万寿菊精油成分和抑菌活性,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取精油,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用分析比较芳香万寿菊花、叶精油的化学组成;采用二倍稀释法测定其对5种供试菌匍枝根霉、链格孢、灰葡萄孢、粉红单端孢和意大利青霉抑制效果。结果表明:芳香万寿菊精油共分离鉴定出55种化合物,其主要成分为大西洋酮(47.21%、41.13%)、罗勒烯酮、万寿菊酮、二氢万寿菊酮、3-蒈烯和β-石竹烯;精油对5种供试菌的抑菌能力有差别,抑菌强弱程度为灰葡萄孢(DIZ为63.52±0.45、65.49±0.50 mm,MIC为0.4、0.4μL·mL^(-1))>匍枝根霉>链格孢>意大利青霉>粉红单端孢。综上,2种芳香万寿菊精油组成成分较为接近,相对百分含量略有差异,皆以酮类、萜烯类化合物为主;精油对灰葡萄孢、匍枝根霉、链格孢具有很好的抑制效果。

This study mainly discussed the composition and antibacterial activity of Tagetes lemmonii A.Gray,essential oil.The essential oil from two varieties of T.lemmonii were extracted by steam distillation extraction,and the chemical compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method.The inhibition effect on five test bacteria,Rhizopus stolonifer,Alternaria alternate,Botrytis cinerea,Trichothecium roseum and Penicillium italicum were determined by double dilution method.The results showed that 55 chemical components were identified,and the main components of T.lemmonii were Atlantone(47.21%、41.13%)、Ocimenone basilenone、Tagetone,followed by Dihydro Tagetone、3-Careneand Caryophyllene.The bacteriostatic test showed that the essential oil had different antibacterial abilities against the 5 kinds of bacteria in the experiment,the sensitivity towards were Botrytis cinerea(with DIZ>63.52±0.45,65.49±0.50 mm&MIC of 0.4,0.4μL·mL^(-1))>Rhizopus stolonife>Alternaria alternataare>Penicillium italicum>Trichothecium roseum.In conclusion,the components of the 2 essential oils were relatively similar,and the relative percentage content was slightly different.The main components were Ketones and Aerpenes;the inhibitory effects against Botrytis cinerea、Rhizopus stolonife、Alternaria alternate are stronger.
