摘要
在电网的实际运行中存在电压暂降现象,电压暂降可能导致大量用户因低压脱扣装置动作而失电,造成巨大的经济损失。针对此问题,本文首先提出基于低压脱扣装置的电压耐受曲线建立负荷损失量化评价体系的方法,以减少负荷损失量化评价体系的误差,并为验证低压脱扣装置参数优化配置方案的合理性提供支撑;然后,基于负荷损失量化评价体系,建立低压脱扣装置参数优化配置模型,通过求解优化问题得到低压脱扣装置参数优化配置方案,以降低电压暂降下的负荷损失;最后,结合实际案例,验证负荷损失量化评价体系的准确性及低压脱扣装置参数优化配置方案的合理性。
Voltage sag existing in the power grid may cause a large number of users to lose power due to the tripping of low voltage releases,resulting in huge economic losses.Hence,a method to establish a quantitative evaluation system of load loss based on the voltage tolerance curve of low voltage release is proposed in this paper.This method has a small error and can verify the rationality of the parameter optimization scheme of low voltage release.Secondly,in order to reduce the load loss under voltage sag,this paper establish the parameter optimization model of low voltage release based on the quantitative evaluation system of load loss.Finally,a practical case is given to verify the accuracy of the quantitative evaluation system of load loss and the rationality of the parameter optimization scheme of the low voltage release.
