固定床丙烷脱氢反应工段设计参数的优化

摘要 近年来国内的丙烯工业发展迅速,丙烷脱氢持续扩张。本文介绍了固定床丙烷脱氢的反应机理,对固定床丙烷脱氢反应工段的影响参数进行了分析和优化,对核心催化剂的正常状况、老化和失活进行了分析,总结了提高丙烷脱氢收率的相关措施。 In recent years,the domestic propylene industry was developed rapidly,and propane dehydrogenation continued to expand.The reaction mechanism of propane dehydrogenation in fixed bed was introduced.The parameters affecting the fixed bed propane dehydrogenation reaction section were analyzed and optimized,the normal condition,aging and deactivation of the core catalyst were analyzed,and the important factors to improve the yield of propane dehydrogenation were summarized.
