摘要
直流断路器是直流输电系统安全运行的核心装备,提出了一种具有重合闸功能的电容换流型高压直流断路器拓扑。该拓扑利用限流支路的对称性,既实现了双向故障电流分断功能,又能够在瞬时性故障和永久性故障时实现重合闸功能。且该拓扑用电容替代IGBT来实现电路状态的切换,使得IGBT的使用数量大幅减少,大大降低了成本。分阶段对该拓扑的工作原理进行研究分析,然后进行了参数设计,最后利用PSCAD软件搭建了仿真模型进行验证。验证结果表明,所提出的直流断路器与传统断路器对比,不仅能有效降低故障电流的上升率,减少对避雷器的耗能要求,而且大大减少了IGBT的使用数量,降低了成本。
The DC circuit breaker is the core equipment for the safe operation of the DC transmission system.In this paper,a capacitor-commutated HVDC circuit breaker topology with reclosing function is proposed.This topology utilizes the symmetry of the current-limiting branch,which not only realizes the bidirectional fault current breaking function,but also realizes the reclosing function in both transient and permanent faults.In this paper,the working principle of the extracted topology is studied and analyzed in stages,and then the parameter design is carried out.Finally,the PSCAD software is used to build a system simulation model to verify the simulation model.The verification results show that,compared with the traditional circuit breaker,the proposed DC circuit breaker can not only effectively reduce the rise rate of the fault current and reduce the energy consumption requirements of the arrester,but also greatly reduce the number of IGBT used and the cost.
