摘要
随着“十四五”期间新能源装机的跨越式增长,云南电网将呈现水电为主的传统电力系统与风光为主的新型电力系统季节性转换态势,由此带来枯水期常态化60%以上非同步电源高渗透率运行以及阶段性灵活性资源不足的挑战。分析了国内外典型独立同步系统新能源高渗透率运行场景,总结了其面临的主要运行问题及应对措施。对云南2025年新能源高渗透率运行了场景进行模拟和分析,在此基础上提出了云南新型电力系统运行控制体系的构想。
With the massive integration of renewable energy during the 14th Five-Year Plan,Yunnan Power System changes from the traditional power system based on hydro-power to the new power system based on wind and solar seasonally,which leads to the challenges of operation scenarios with system non-synchronous penetration(SNSP)larger than 60%in dry season and intermittent shortage of flexible reserves.In this paper,operation scenarios of high SNSP in some typical independent synchronous power systems in the world are analyzed,the main operation problems and corresponding measures are summarized.Based on the simulation and analysis of Yunan Power System high SNSP scenario in 2025,several suggestions on constructing an operation and control system for Yunnan new power system are proposed.
