摘要
为探究交互界面和工作特征对人机交互质量的影响,通过探索性因子分析找出影响人机交互质量的主要因素,使用回归分析对各因素的影响效果进行分析。将人机交互质量分为人机安全控制、人机智能进化和人机相互理解3个方面。数据分析结果表明:升级部分外部设备能提高人机交互质量;增强视觉、触觉、热感和平衡感交互能够不同程度地提高人机交互质量;创意型工作、辅助型工作、危险型工作和重复型工作中的人机交互存在交互质量差异。研究结果明确了实际运用中提升人机交互质量的重点路径,深化了该领域的理论研究,使人机交互设计更贴合现实状况。
To explore the impact of the interactive interface and work characteristics on the quality of human-computer interaction, the data collected are processed mainly by exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis.Exploratory factor analysis is used to find out the main factors affecting the quality of human-computer interaction, and then regression analysis is used to judge the effect of each factor.The results of research show that, upgrading some external devices can improve the quality of human-computer interaction.Enhancing the interaction of vision, touch, heat sensation and balance sensation can improve the quality of human-computer interaction to varying degrees.For work characteristics, there are differences in human-computer interaction quality among creative work, auxiliary work, dangerous work and repetitive work.The above results clarify the key path to improve the quality of human-computer interaction, making the design of human-computer interaction more realistic.
