摘要 低压低氧是高海拔地区最主要特征,心脏是机体耗氧最大的组织器官,对缺氧十分敏感。大量研究佐证了微小RNA与心血管系统损伤的相关性,但高原低氧环境致心血管系统损伤与微小RNA相关研究较少。本文总结该领域相关研究进展,探讨今后研究趋势以及存在的利弊,以期为高原低氧环境致心血管系统损伤的治疗和干预提供有价值的参考资料。 Hypobaric hypoxia is the main characteristics of high-altitude areas.The heart,an organ with the highest oxygen consuming,is very sensitive to hypoxia.An increasing number of studies have established the strong correlations between microRNA and cardiovascular system injury,but there is less information about the cardiovascular system injury and microRNA caused by high altitude hypoxia environment.This paper summarizes the main research progress,future research trends,pros and cons in cardiovascular system injury and microRNA under environmental hypoxia,in order to provide valuable information for the treatment and intervention on cardiovascular system injury caused by environmental hypoxia in high-altitude areas.
