摘要
采用可移动插板对双轴涡扇发动机核心机抗压力畸变能力进行试验研究,完成了进口压力畸变条件下的稳态逼喘试验,获取了核心机的临界压力畸变强度和压力畸变敏感系数,分析了进口压力畸变对核心机气动稳定性及部分性能参数的影响。详述了核心机逼喘试验设备、试验方法和试验结果分析。结果表明,该试验方案可行、数据可靠、结果有效,能满足核心机逼喘试验需求。为实现准确的整机稳定性综合评估提供了重要的技术基础,促进了发动机稳定性综合评估体系的完善。
The ability of anti-pressure distortion of a two-axis turbofan engine core was tested and studied by using a movable disturbed board. The steady state pressure surge test under the condition of inlet pressure distortion was completed. The critical pressure distortion strength and pressure distortion sensitivity coefficient of the engine core was obtained. The effect of intake pressure distortion on the aerodynamic stability and performance parameters of the core engine was analyzed. The engine core surge test method, test equipment, and test results analysis were described. The results show that, the experimental method is feasible with reliable data and effective outcome, which can meet the needs of the engine core surge test, not only provide an important technical basis for the accurate comprehensive evaluation of the stability of the whole engine, but also promote the perfection of the engine aerodynamic stability evaluation system.
