基于振动信号采集与分析的新工科综合实验设计

摘要 为了加快新工科建设的步伐,推动创新性综合实验建设,结合我校电子信息工程专业教学实际,设计并构建了振动信号采集与分析创新性综合实验平台。学生能够通过实验平台采集振动信号,并编程实现对信号的频谱分析,从而掌握数字谱、模拟谱的转换方法。教学实践表明,该实验平台有利于学生加深对课堂所学理论知识的理解、掌握和应用,锻炼学生解决实际工程问题的能力,提高学生自主学习的热情。 In order to speed up the construction of new engineering and promote the construction of innovative comprehensive experiment,an innovative comprehensive experiment platform for vibration signal acquisition and analysis was designed and constructed according to the teaching practice of electronic information engineering in our university.Students can collect vibration signals through the experimental platform,and realize the spectrum analysis of the signal programming,so as to master the conversion method of digital spectrum and analog spectrum.The teaching practice shows that the experimental platform is helpful for students to deepen their understanding,grasp and application of the theoretical knowledge learned in class,train students'ability to solve practical engineering problems,and improve students'enthusiasm for autonomous learning.
