摘要 针对高职院校课堂教学评价内容与职业岗位需求脱离、评价主体缺少多元参与、评价方式单一、评价工具简单固化等问题,基于积极教学法开展课堂教学评价改革探索。提出以专业岗位适应能力为评价内容,教师、学生个体、小组、企业多元主体参与,以课堂表现、小组讨论、技能测试、成果展示等为主要方式,以学生课堂评价表、技能检测试题、成果展示方案等为评价工具的高职课堂教学评价改革并开展实践,有效促进了学生专业知识水平、信息分析能力、实践能力、创新能力、职业素养的提升,为高职院校课堂教学评价改革提供了借鉴。 In view of the problems of the separation between the evaluation content of classroom teaching and the demand of vocational posts,the lack of multiple participation of the evaluation subjects,the single evaluation method and the simple and rigid evaluation tools in higher vocational colleges,the reform of classroom teaching was carried out based on positive teaching method.Presented in a professional job adaptability as evaluation content,teacher,student individual,group,enterprise participation,plural in classroom performance,group discussion,skill testing,the results show as the main way,with evaluation of college students,skills test papers,results show scheme for evaluation tools such as evaluation of classroom teaching reform and practice,it effectively promotes the improvement of students'professional knowledge ability,information analysis ability,practical ability,innovation ability and professional quality,and provides a reference for the reform of classroom teaching evaluation in higher vocational colleges.
