来华留学生高等职业教育作为服务“一带一路”倡议的载体,是职教现代化的重要内容,其在规模发展的基础上,迎来了高质量内涵发展的契机,如何以质量为中心,兼顾规模、结构、效益的协调发展,已成为高职院校面临的新课题。在总结制约来华留学生高等职业教育高质量发展因素的基础上,分析构建来华留学生高等职业教育质量保障体系的依据,并提出聚焦保障内容、保障主体、保障方式及保障成效构建来华留学生高等职业教育质量保障体系的具体途径,以期提升来华留学生高等职业教育的内涵和质量,迎接专业的教育质量认证。
