调研了20所中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划建设单位的图书馆官方微信公众号的建设情况,分析了这些微信公众号的菜单功能设置、推文数量、推文内容、服务开展现状,厘清了现阶段高职院校图书馆利用微信公众号开展服务的优势与不足,并针对性地提出优化策略和方法,以期提升高职院校图书馆微信公众号的服务能力。

Survey the 20 high level with Chinese characteristics of vocational schools and professional construction plan the construction unit offi cial WeChat public library construction,analyzed the WeChat public issue of menu function set,number of tweet,tweet content,services to carry out the status quo,to clarify the current higher vocational college library to use WeChat advantages and problems of the public to carry out the service number,and put forward targeted optimization strategies and methods,in order to improve the service ability of the wechat public account of the library of higher vocational colleges.
