The function of cyclone desander and its application in staple fiber industry are discussed.A new type of cyclone desander was adopted to separate the impurities,swelling body and viscose particles in the viscose,which solved the problems of difficult viscose filtration,frequent failure and short service cycle of the separator.It improved the quality and spinnability of adhesive,reduced the amount of waste adhesive and the production cost,and improved the environmental protection benefit.
