聚酯织物表面纳米金属的连续化经济性原位制备技术

摘要 由金属纳米粒子分散在织物中制成的复合纺织品是通过在常温常压条件下从金属盐中还原金属离子而制备的.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究织物的形态结构,发现球形纳米粒子均匀地分散在聚酯(PET)纤维表面,并通过X射线荧光(XRF)技术对这些粒子进行元素分析. Composite textiles consisting of metallic nanoparticles dispersed in textiles fabric have been prepared by the reduction of metal ion from its salt at room temperature under normal atmospheric conditions.Morphology and structures have been investigated by SEM.Spherical nanoparticles were found to be homogeneously dispersed in/on the polyester(PET)fiber and the particles were elementally analyzed by the XRF technique.
