表面活性剂对纳米碳素/环氧树脂分散体系的稳定作用

摘要 针对环氧树脂体系与纳米碳素分散液混合后浆料的稳定性差的问题,筛选不同类型的表面活性剂,将其加至由环氧树脂与纳米碳素分散液混合而成导电浆液中,研究表面活性剂对导电浆液的稳定性和黏度的影响;同时测试研究导电液涂覆纱线后导电纱线的基本性能。结果表明,阴离子磺酸类表面活性剂添加在环氧树脂导电浆料中可以提高浆料的稳定性,同时不影响浆料涂覆后纱线的导电性能。 In view of the poor stability of the slurry mixed with epoxy resin system and carbon nanoscale slurry,different types of surfactants were selected and added into the conductive slurry mixed with epoxy resin and carbon nanoscale slurry,and the influence of surfactants on the stability and viscosity of the conductive slurry was studied.The basic properties of conductive yarn coated with conductive liquid were tested.The results show that the anionic sulfonic acid surfactant can improve the stability of epoxy resin conductive slurry without affecting the conductive property of yarn after coating the slurry.
