老龄化背景下的老旧小区适老化改造研究——以南宁市为例

老旧小区由于建设年代久远,生活配套设施大多已进入折旧期,房屋本体及公共配套设施陈旧,已经难以满足老年人的实际生活需要和当今老龄社会的要求,因此老旧小区既有公共服务设施的适老化改造迫在眉睫。本文分析了南宁市部分老旧小区公共服务设施的现状及存在的问题,从硬件和软件两个方面为改造老旧小区提出相应建议,以期为老旧小区的更新改造提供参考。

As the old communities have been built for a long time,most of the living facilities have entered the depreciation period,and the housing buildings and public facilities are outdated,which are difficult to meet the actual living needs of the elderly as well as the requirements of today's aging society.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out aging modification of the existing public facilities in the old community.This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of public service facilities in some old communities in Nanning,and puts forward corresponding suggestions from two aspects of hardware and software,in order to provide reference for the transformation of old communities.
