针对城镇化以来住宅小区空壳化现象的思考

在当前城镇化背景下,城市住宅小区成为社会高速发展环境下的缩影。小区规划设计的物质层面考量近乎完善,然而内容层面,情感与住宅在一定程度上发生脱离,使得住宅逐渐成为仅供居住的“空壳”。本文从空间属性、接触对象、社会意识、家庭情感及空间资本属性的角度分析其缘由,进而引发有关住居者与住宅情感联系重要性的思考。

Under the background of urbanization,urban residential areas have become the epitome of the rapid social development.With the maturity of community planning and design,the consideration at the material level is almost perfect,while at the content level,emotion and apartment are separated to a certain extent,making the apartment gradually become an"empty shell"only for living.This paper analyzes the reasons for this phenomenon from the perspectives of spatial attributes,contact objects,social consciousness,family emotions and spatial capital attributes,and then triggers thinking about the importance of the emotional connection between residents and apartments.
