高密度城市绿道规划实践——新加坡铁路廊道项目对成都天府绿道的启示

随着城市化的快速发展和“花园城市”建设的要求,多功能及持续建设的公园绿道系统规划成为新加坡应对土地资源紧缺、人口快速集聚的重要举措。本文通过对新加坡公园绿地系统总体规划和具体实施层面上最重要的铁路廊道公园规划和建设经验的总结,提出建立清晰的总体规划目标、凸显生物多样性的生态设计、强调复合功能的建筑更新、加强公众参与和社区联系及深化细节空间设计等规划策略和实施途径,以期为成都天府绿道的规划和建设提供借鉴。

With rapid urbanization and the requirement for'garden city',planning a multi-functional and sustainable park greenway system has become an important planning initiative in Singapore to cope with the shortage of land resources and rapid population growth.This article summarizes the planning and construction experience of Singapore's most important park connector project‘the Rail Corridor’at both planning and implementation levels,then propose planning strategies and implementation methods such as establishing clear planning objectives,highlighting ecological design for biodiversity,emphasizing architectural renewal for complex functions,strengthening public participation and community linkages,as well as deepening spatial detailing,which would provide reference for the planning and construction of the Chengdu Tianfu greenway system.
