新型智慧城市发展机制研究

随着近年来互联网信息产业的飞速发展,科技革命正向各个领域渗透。城市作为人民生活的重要聚落,承载着人民的生产、生活功能,是推动社会高质量发展的重要发力点。因此,结合科技发展对城市的巨大推力,借鉴国际经验,构建智慧城市成为我国全面落实“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”发展理念的重要突破口。本文在对智慧城市的概念解析基础上,借鉴国外成功的智慧城市建设经验,总结智慧城市应具备的重要特征及发展路径,提出适合中国国情的智慧城市发展模式,以期对高效有序、开放共融的未来城市发展提供借鉴,积极促进城市可持续发展。

With the rapid development of the internet information industry in recent years,the technological revolution is permeating all fields of Chinese society.As an important settlement of people's lives,cities carry the people's production and life,that are an important force for promoting high-quality social development.Therefore,combining the huge impetus of scientific and technological development on the city and drawing on international experience,smart city construction has become an important breakthrough for China to fully implement the development concept of"innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared".Based on the conceptual analysis of smart cities,this paper draws on the successful experience of smart city construction abroad,summarizes the important characteristics and development paths that smart cities should have,and finally summarizes the development model of smart cities which are suitable for China's national conditions,so as to provide reference for future urban development that is efficient,orderly,open and inclusive,and actively promote sustainable urban development.
