焦化废水中COD检测时掩蔽剂硫酸汞用量的研究

摘要 化学需氧量是评价焦化废水水体中有机物污染的重要指标,通常采用COD_(Cr)来表示,在其测定过程中氯离子是影响结果准确性的重要因素。焦化废水为高氯废水,研究焦化废水检测中COD_(Cr)的测定,指出掩蔽剂硫酸汞由固体改为溶液后,加入量的为m(HgSO_(4)):m(Cl^(-))为25:1时,掩蔽氯离子干扰效果能达到最好。在保证准确性的前提下,降低硫酸汞的加入量,减少环境污染。 Chemical oxygen demand is an important index to evaluate the organic pollution in coking wastewater,which is usually expressed by COD_(Cr).Chloride ion is an important factor affecting the accuracy of the results in the determination process.Coking wastewater is high chlorine wastewater.The determination of COD_(Cr) in coking wastewater detection is studied.It is pointed out that when the masking agent mercury sulfate is changed from solid to solution,and the addition amount is m(HgSO_(4)):m(Cl^(-))is 25:1,the masking effect of chloride ion interference can reach the best.On the premise of ensuring accuracy,reduce the addition of mercury sulfate and reduce environmental pollution.
