金属材料拉伸试验断面收缩率的测定方法探讨

摘要 GB/T 228.1—2021《金属材料拉伸试验第1部分:室温试验方法》修改采用ISO 6892-1:2019《金属材料拉伸试验第1部分:室温试验方法》,已于2022年7月1日正式实施,但其中断面收缩率的测定方法值得商榷。本文详细分析了拉伸试验试样断后面积的测量方法,并提出合理化建议。 GB/T 228.1—2021 Metallic materials—Tensile testing—Part 1:Method of test at room temperature is modified and adopted by ISO 6892-1:2019 Metallic materials—Tensile testing—Part 1:Method of test at room temperature,which was officially implemented on July 1,2022.However,the measurement methods of percentage reduction of area are discussible.In this paper,measurement methods of the fracture area of specimen in tensile testing are analyzed in detail,and some reasonable suggestions are put forward.
