夷陵区具有发展有机农业的优势,目前有机农业发展面临生产规模小品种相对单一,实施费用高投资风险大,认证机构多认证费用高,消费群体少产品销路窄等问题。建议科学合理规划发展有机,提供有机生产技术帮扶,地方政府加强政策扶持,强化宣传引导和拓宽消费渠道。
