机制砂岩性及石粉含量对MB值、砂浆流动性及C35混凝土力学性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 本文采用花岗岩与石灰岩这2种母岩制备机制砂,并复掺不同比例的石粉,研究机制砂不同岩性及石粉含量对MB值、砂浆流动性及C35混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明,在石粉含量固定在7%时,花岗岩和石灰岩机制砂所制备的C35混凝土各项力学指标都高于同龄期的用河砂制备的混凝土,同时石灰岩机制砂MB值随着石粉含量的增加而增加,花岗岩机制砂则未受到影响。石粉含量的增加,使石灰岩砾石机制砂的砂浆流动性降低,而花岗岩机制砂和石灰岩卵石机制砂的砂浆流动性则呈现出先提高后降低的现象。 In this paper,the effects of different lithology of machine-made sand and the content of stone powder on MB value,mortar fluidity and mechanical properties of C35 concrete are studied by using machine-made sand prepared from granite and limestone parent rocks and mixed with different proportions of stone powder.The results show that when the content of limestone powder is fixed at 7%,the mechanical indexes of C35 concrete made of granite and limestone machine-made sand are higher than those of concrete made of river sand at the same age.Meanwhile,the MB value of limestone machine-made sand increases with the increase of the content of limestone powder,while granite machine-made sand is not affected.With the increase of limestone powder content,the mortar fluidity of limestone gravel machine-made sand decreases,while the mortar fluidity of granite machine-made sand and limestone pebble machine-made sand increases first and then decreases.
