水化温升抑制剂在混凝土温度控制中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 混凝土硬化成型时,胶凝材料(主要为水泥)会因化学反应释放热量,由于混凝土此时已基本成型,阻碍了内部热量的传递,形成混凝土内部温度高而外部温度低的现象从而产生裂缝,影响混凝土结构的安全与稳定性。而添加外加剂往往是改善混凝土性能的简单高效的手段,本文通过对不添加水化温升抑制剂的混凝土各项温度指标进行理论计算,以及对添加水化温升抑制剂的混凝土进行室内试验测定其不同时间温度,了解其温度变化趋势,阐明了水化温升抑制剂对降低混凝土温度峰值及延缓混凝土温度上升具有正向优势,可指导大体积混凝土施工。 When concrete is hardened and formed,the cementitious material(mainly cement)will release heat due to chemical reaction.Because the concrete has basically formed at this time,it hinders the transfer of internal heat,resulting in the phenomenon that the internal temperature of the concrete is high and the external temperature is low.Cracks affect the safety and stability of concrete structures.The addition of admixtures is often a simple and efficient means to improve the performance of concrete.Through theoretical calculation of various temperature indicators of concrete without adding hydration temperature rise inhibitor,and indoor experimental determination of concrete with hydration temperature rise inhibitor added its temperature at different times and its temperature change trend are understood,and it is clarified that the hydration temperature rise inhibitor has a positive advantage in reducing the peak temperature of concrete and delaying the rise of concrete temperature,which can guide the construction of mass concrete.
