摘要
为保证白鹤滩—江苏±800 kV特高压直流输电工程的顺利建设,针对工程无人区段的恶劣自然环境,提出人力运输、道路改造配合中型索道运输和重型索道运输等三种施工运输方案开展技术经济性比较。通过对运输总量、施工周期、运输效率、建设安全性和可实施性等方面的详细比选,并结合运输费用的经济性比较,提出合理可行的施工运输方案,为后续推进建设工期和保障施工安全做好前期准备。
In order to ensure the smooth construction of the Baihetan-Jiangsu ±800k V UHVDC transmission project, in view of the harsh natural environment in the unmanned section of the project, this paper puts forward three construction and transportation schemes, including human transportation, road reconstruction with medium cableway transportation and heavy cableway transportation. Through the detailed comparison and selection of total transportation amount, construction period, transportation efficiency, construction safety and feasibility, combined with the economic comparison of transportation cost, the reasonable and feasible construction transportation scheme is put forward, which makes preparation for the subsequent construction period and construction safety.
