Cloud computing technology has been regarded as a major task in the development of research and application of the military powers.The U.S.has advantages in the application of cloud computing technology,which has been wildly used in the U.S.army with many practical application cases.The development of U.S.military cloud technology and its applications are described,with focus on construction and development of cloud computing in U.S.army.Then,the effects of cloud computing on military field are analyzed.Finally,the key points of the development of cloud computing are concluded by taking the U.S.army as example.
