摘要
山钢股份莱芜分公司炼铁厂4#高炉有效容积864 m^(3),因炉缸铁口区域炉皮开裂,利用环保限产机会休风57 h进行处理。通过休风前精心准备,进一步优化和完善休复风方案,加强休复风过程参数控制等手段,实现了8 h全风操作,达到了快速恢复炉况的目的。
The effective volume of the No.4 blast furnace was 864 m^(3)in the iron making plant of the Laiwu Branch of Shandang Steel.Due to the cracking of the hearth and iron mouth,the blast furnace is treated by taking advantage of the opportunity of environmental protection to limit production for 57 hours.By means of careful preparation before cooling,further optimization and improvement of the cooling scheme,and strengthening the parameter control of cooling process,the 8 h full air operation is realized,and the purpose of fast recovery of furnace condition is achieved.
