中间坯冷却工艺(IC)在单机架炉卷产线的应用

摘要 介绍了中间坯冷却工艺的设备参数和工艺流程。中间坯冷却工艺缩减中间坯待温时间,选择合适的中间坯厚度和IC温度,才能达到最佳的生产效率。中间坯冷却工艺抑制奥氏体晶粒长大,为精轧过程及之后的控冷提供良好的组织基础,提高钢板的力学性能。通过开发中间坯冷却头尾遮蔽和中间坯ASC功能,有效解决了头尾过冷和精轧咬钢冲击大的问题。 The equipment parameters and technological process of intermediate slab cooling process are introduced.The cooling process of intermediate slab can reduce the waiting time,and select the appropriate thickness of intermediate slab and IC temperature to achieve the best production efficiency.The intermediate slab cooling process inhibits the growth of austenite grains,provides a good organizational basis for the finishing rolling process and subsequent controlled cooling,and improves the mechanical properties of the steel plate.By developing the functions of head and tail shielding and ASC of intermediate slab cooling,the problems of head and tail supercoiling and large impact of steel biting during finishing rolling are effectively solved.
