摘要
热风炉长寿化发展促使莫来石红柱石制品在热风炉得到广泛推广应用,莫来石红柱石制品抗高温蠕变性好。本文根据莫来石红柱石制品在热风炉内的实际使用环境状况,模拟了荷载和温度变化同时作用下的试验方法,研究了AL55、AL65、AL75三种制品在该环境下的性能变化。在该试验环境下经6次反复循环试验后,AL55、AL65、AL75红柱石产品的结构都得到不同程度的优化,能够很好地满足热风炉实际使用要求,是热风炉高风温、长寿化发展趋势下耐火材料的发展方向。
The development of longevity of hot blast furnaces promotes the widespread application of mullite redcolumn products in hot blast furnaces;mullite redcolumnar products have good resistance to high temperature creep.In this paper,according to the actual use environment of mullite and alusite products in hot blast stove,the test method under load and temperature change simultaneously is simulated.The performance changes of AL55,AL65 and AL75 products in this environment were studied.The structure of AL55,AL65,AL75 has been optimized in different degree after the double action of thermal shock under load,which can well meet the requirement of hot blast stove in practical use,it is the development direction of hot blast stove under the trend of high blast temperature and long life refractory.
