摘要
根据热成型封头加工过程温度的变化规律,进行了模拟热成型工艺对50 mmSA537CL.1正火钢板组织与性能影响的试验。结果表明:正火钢板经模拟成型和恢复性能热处理后,强度下降20 MPa左右,塑性和韧性变化不大;经620℃模拟焊后热处理,钢板强度下降10 MPa左右,冲击韧性下降25%左右,且随焊后热处理时间的延长,强韧性进一步下降;钢板组织为铁素体+珠光体,晶粒度9级,力学性能优良,可以用于制造热成型封头产品。
According to the change law of the temperature during the processing of the hot forming head,the effect of the simulated hot forming process on the micro-structure and properties of SA537CL.1 normalized steel plate with 50 mm was studied.The results show that:after the normalized steel sheet undergoes simulated forming and performance recovery heat treatment,the strength decreases by about 20 MPa,and the plasticity and toughness change little;after simulated post-weld heat treatment at 620℃,the strength of the steel plate decreased by about 10 MPa,and the impact toughness decreased by about 25%.With the extension of the post-weld heat treatment time,the strength and toughness decreased further;the micro-structure of the steel plate is ferrite+pearlite,the grain size is ASTM 9 grades,and the mechanical properties are excellent.It can be used to manufacture therm-formed head products.
