连铸坯三次冷却技术的机理与发展

摘要 主要概述了连铸坯三次冷却技术的基本原理及其适用范围,且对近年来国内外钢铁企业连铸坯三次冷却技术的探索与实践进行了阐述,指出了现阶段连铸坯三次冷却技术存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施及方向。理论与实践均表明,三次冷却技术可以有效减小铸坯红送过程出现表面裂纹的概率,提高连铸坯表面质量及生产效率。 This paper mainly summarizes the basic principle and application scope of the triple cooling technology for continuous casting billet,and expounds the exploration and practice of the triple cooling technology for continuous casting billet in domestic and foreign iron and steel enterprises in recent years,points out the problems existing in the triple cooling technology for continuous casting billet at this stage,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and directions.Both theory and practice show that the tertiary cooling technology can effectively reduce the probability of surface cracks during the red feeding process of continuous casting slab,and improve the surface quality and production efficiency of continuous casting slab.
