摘要
通过对Z形弯曲钣金零件的工序分析和模具结构设计,实现了零件2个锐角的Z形弯曲成形,突破了传统弯曲模结构的设计思路,采用了钟摆结构与楔型滑块的组合,使模具结构更简单。通过对实际生产过程及零件尺寸的监测,发现零件尺寸稳定,操作者调整零件尺寸更便捷,可为形状类似的零件成形提供参考。
Through the process analysis and die structure design of Z-shaped sheet metal parts, the Z-bending forming with two acute angles of the parts was realized, which broke through the traditional design idea of bending structure. It adopted the combination of pendulum structure and wedge slider, made the die structure simple. By monitoring the actual production process and the size of the parts, it was found that the sizes of the parts were stable, and the operator could adjust the sizes of the parts more conveniently, which could provide references for the die design of similar parts.
