Research on training of new talents in integration education with science and innovation under the guidance of HUANG Yan-pei’s thought on vocational education

模具类专业型人才培养以黄炎培职教思想为依托,针对高职教育人才培养在科研和创新方面的困境,分析模具类人才在专业教育方面的缺失,探索科创融教人才培养的新型教育模式,为高职院校模具类专业人才培养提供参考。

The training of die & mould specialty talents was based on HUANG Yanpei’s thought on vocational education, in view of the difficulties of talents training in scientific research and innovation in higher vocational education, the lack of die & mould talents in specialty education was analyzed. A new education model of integration education with science and innovation was explored,which provided reference for the training of die & mould specialty in higher vocational colleges.
