摘要
随着近年来肿瘤免疫治疗的迅速发展,肿瘤疫苗技术越来越受到关注。其中,让肿瘤本身“提供”抗原,并改善肿瘤微环境,从而促进机体产生肿瘤特异性免疫反应的“原位疫苗”技术,在临床转化应用方面具有鲜明的实用优势,有望成为广泛应用的免疫治疗手段。该文就目前的肿瘤原位疫苗技术现状,介绍了原位疫苗的两种常见实现手段:放疗和瘤内免疫注射作为原位疫苗的作用机制、应用现状、存在的局限以及发展前景等,并简要介绍了笔者团队在原位疫苗方面的工作,以期使该领域的发展得到关注。
With the rapid development of tumor immunotherapy in recent years,tumor vaccines technique has attracted more and more attention.Among them,the“in situ vaccines”technique,which enables the tumor itself to provide antigens and optimize the tumor microenvironment to promote tumor-specific immune response,has distinct practical advantages in clinical translational application and is expected to become a widely used immunotherapy method.In this rerview,we will introduce the mechanisms,application,limitations and prospectives of radiotherapy and intratumoral injection,which were the main methods of in situ vaccination.Additionally,the work of in situ vaccination of our team will be briefly introduced.We hope that the development of in situ vaccination will attract more attention.
