摘要
恶性肿瘤的高度异质性是其治疗困难和容易耐药的主要原因。高通量测序以及产生的大数据可帮助人们深入认识肿瘤异质性推进了肿瘤精准治疗的发展。生物信息学揭示生物大数据所代表的生物学意义,是联通数据和临床的桥梁。以基因检测数据分析和报告为代表,生物信息学在肿瘤治疗中发挥了重要作用,但是,在肿瘤精准治疗仍有待深入。新的测序技术正带来新的挑战,众多临床医生和研究者对生物信息学也认识不足。该文对生物信息学在肿瘤精准治疗中的现状和发展做一概述,希望生物信息学的发展得到更多关注。
Malignant tumors are well-known for their high heterogeneity,which is the main reason for their difficult treatment and easy drug resistance.High throughput sequencing and the big data generated by it help us to understand the heterogeneity of tumors and promote the development of tumor precision therapy.Bioinformatics is a bridge between data and clinic,with the main content of revealing the biological significance represented by biological big data.Bioinformatics has played an important role in tumor therapy,represented by the analysis and reporting of gene testing data.However,the precise treatment of tumors still needs to be deepened,bioinformatics is far from perfect,new sequencing technology is bringing new challenges,and many clinicians and researchers have insufficient understanding of bioinformatics.Therefore,this paper summarizes and comments on the current situation and development of bioinformatics in tumor precision therapy,hoping to improve the mass base of bioinformatics.
