胃癌中EB病毒与PD-L1表达的关系及临床病理意义

Relationship between EB virus and the expression of PD-L1 in gastric cancer and its clinicopathological significance

目的探讨胃癌组织中EB病毒(EBV)与程序性死亡配体-1(PD-L1)表达的关系及临床病理意义。方法收集2020年7月至2021年12月在郑州大学人民医院行胃癌根治术的227例患者资料,并对术后病理组织进行原位杂交和免疫组化检测,分析EBV与PD-L1在胃癌组织中表达的特点。结果胃癌组织中PD-L1的表达(40.53%)显著高于癌旁组织(10.00%)(P<0.05),PD-L1的表达与EBV感染、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、神经侵犯密切相关(P<0.05);227例患者中EBV感染率为7.05%,EBV感染与肿瘤位置(贲门)、淋巴结转移、浸润深度密切相关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌中EBV感染可促使PD-L1表达显著增加,EBV更容易在贲门癌中表达,且可促使肿瘤发生转移与浸润。

Objective To investigate the relationship between(Epstein-Barr virus)EBV and programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)expression in gastric cancer(GC)tissues and its clinicopathological significance.Methods The clinical data of 227 patients who underwent radical gastric cancer surgery in Zhengzhou University People's Hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were analyzed.The in situ hybridizationv(ISH)and immunohistochemical(IHC)staining analysis were performed in postoperative pathological tissues to analyze the expression characteristics of EBV and PD-L1 in GC.Results The expression of PD-L1 in GC tissue(40.53%)was significantly higher than that(10.00%)in adjacent tissue(P<0.05).And the expression of PD-L1 was closely related to EBV(+),lymph node metastasis,TNM staging and nerve invasion(P<0.05).The infection rate of EBV in 227 gastric cancer patients was 7.05%.EBV(+)in gastric cancer tissue was closely related to tumor location(cardia),lymph node metastasis and invasion depth(P<0.05).Conclusions EBV infection in gastric cancer can significantly increase the expression of PD-L1.Cardia cancer is prone to EBV infection which leads to tumor metastasis and invasion.
