摘要
目的探讨在进行低温影响心肺功能教学中采用微课结合以案例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学法的教学效果。方法选取2020年1月—2020年12月期间临床医学(5+3)学生作为本次试验对象,共计70名。随即进行分组,对照组学生采取传统教学方式,研究组学生开展微课结合CBL教学法,对比两组学生的教学效果与考试成绩。结果研究组学生对教学效果评分较对照组学生明显提高(P<0.05);研究组学生各项考试成绩较对照组学生明显升高(P<0.05)。结论在进行低温影响心肺功能教学中采用微课结合CBL教学法教学具有显著的效果,可提升其学习成绩,培养临床思维。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of micro lecture combined with case-based teaching mode(hereinafter referred to as CBL mode)in the teaching of cardiopulmonary function affected by hypothermia.Methods A total of 70 five-year clinical medical students from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the subjects.Then they were divided into two groups.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the study group adopted the micro class combined with CBL teaching mode.The teaching effect and examination results of the two groups were compared.Results The teaching effect score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the test scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of hypothermia affecting cardiopulmonary function,the combination of micro class and CBL teaching method has a remarkable effect,which can improve their academic performance and cultivate their clinical thinking.
