摘要
目的探讨超声入科教育结合思维导图教学法在不同层次和不同类别培训学员中的教学效果。方法2019年1月—2021年3月在陕西省人民医院超声科轮转的参加住院医师规范化培训的超声及非超声专业住院医师、医学硕士专业学位研究生,超声专业进修医师共68名作为教学对象,分为对照组和教改组,比较入科教育前后的测试成绩,通过问卷调查了解学员对该教学法的评价。结果教改组入科教育培训测试分数明显高于对照组(P=0.017),培训前后总分差值教改组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论入科教育结合思维导图教学法能够促使初入科学员快速进入工作状态,改善学员培训效果,提高教学秘书工作质量,可以较好的满足学习需求及教学需求。
Objective The ultrasound department is the necessary department for many residents from different majors participating standardized training.It is important to ensure the quality of teaching.Mind Map is an important and useful learning strategy in medical education.This study explores the teaching effect of ultrasound entrance education combined with mind mapping teaching method in different levels and different types of trainees.Methods From January 2019 to March 2021,a total of 68 ultrasound and non ultrasound residents,medical master's degree graduate students and ultrasound professional refresher doctors who participated in the standardized training of residents in the ultrasound department of Shaanxi Provincial Hospital were divided into the control group and the education reform group.The test results before and after the enrollment education were compared,and the evaluation of the students on the teaching method was understood through a questionnaire survey.Results In the assessment of examination,the scores overall of the teach reforming group were significantly higher than those of traditional teaching group,with significant differences(P=0.017).The difference between the total scores before and after training in the teaching reform group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion The application mind mapping method can successfully retrieve information in the short term and facilitate the clinical thinking ability,and improve the quality of teaching,which can better meet the learning needs and teaching needs.
