TBL教学法在住培师资教学查房能力提升培训中的应用

Application of TBL Model in the Improvement of Teachers'Teaching Round Ability in Standardized Training of Resident Physicians

目的探讨以团队为基础的学习(team based learning,TBL)的教学法工作坊对住院医师规范化培训培训师资教学查房能力提升的应用效果。方法2021年4—5月选择住培带教老师60名作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组接受TBL模式的教学查房工作坊培训,对照组接受传统方式教学查房培训,包括参加讲座和观看视频。分析两组住培带教老师教学查房考核评估成绩及满意度问卷调查结果。结果培训后,实验组住培带教老师教学查房评估成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组医师在培训前后的教学查房评估成绩提高幅度也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示实验组住培带教老师满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用TBL模式的培训工作坊能更好地提高住培带教老师教学查房能力,为住培师资培训提供了新的思路和模式。

Objective To explore the application effect of TBL model workshops on the improvement of teachers'teaching round ability in standardized training of resident physicians.Methods From April to May 2021,sixty teachers were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received TBL mode teaching rounds workshop training,the control group received traditional training,including attending lectures and watching videos.Analyze the assessment results of the two groups of teachers'teaching rounds and questionnaires.Results After the training,the teachers in the experimental group had significantly higher evaluation scores in teaching rounds than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement in the evaluation scores of teachers in the experimental group before and after the training was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the differences in satisfaction indicators between the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant,and the teacher satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The training workshops using TBL model can better improve the teaching rounds ability of the teachers,and provide new ideas and models for the training of teachers.
