骨科住院医师规范化培训融入课程思政的探索和实践 被引量:3

Exploration and Practice of integrating Curriculum Ideology and Politics in the Standardized Training of Orthopaedic Resident Physicians

摘要 目的探讨将课程思政教学融入骨科住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。方法选择2020年9月—2021年9月参加武汉大学中南医院创伤与显微骨科住院医师规范化培训的学员共68名,分为研究组32名和对照组36名。研究组采用融入课程思政教学的自主教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。课程结束后通过收集问卷星满意度调查和专业学习评价的考试成绩,使用SPSS 26.0统计学软件进行统计分析,比较两组学员的学习效果。结果两组学生的专业课程成绩显示,研究组学员的理论、操作及综合面试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。课程思政教学的满意度调查结果显示,研究组学员在增强民族自尊心、自豪感、培养了社会主义核心价值观、教师具有的言行示范、教师具有的思政素质、树立正确的职业目标、加强职业道德修养方面的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在骨科住院医师规范化培训中融入课程思政教学,提高了学员的专业学习成绩,培养、增强了学员社会主义核心价值观,使思政教育真正入脑入心,达到育人为本、以德为先的教学目的,促进了住培医师的全面发展。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of integrating ideological and political teaching into the standardized training of orthopaedic residents.Methods A total of 68 trainees who participated in the standardized training of resident physicians in the department of orthopedics trauma and microsurgery of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected,and were divided into the research group(n=32)and the control group(n=36).The research group adopted the independent teaching mode integrated into the ideological and political teaching of the curriculum,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.After the end of the course,the test results of questionnaire star satisfaction survey and professional learning evaluation were collected,and SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis to compare the learning effects of the two groups of students.Results The professional course scores of the two groups of students showed that the theoretical,operational and comprehensive interview scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The results of the satisfaction survey on the ideological and political teaching of the course show that the satisfaction the students in the research group in enhancing national self-esteem,pride,cultivating socialist core values,the demonstration of words and deeds of teachers,the ideological and political quality of teachers,establishing correct professional goals,and strengthening professional ethics training are significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of Ideological and political education into the standardized training of orthopedic residents has improved the students'professional learning achievements,cultivated and strengthened the students'socialist core values,made the ideological and political education truly enter the brain and heart,achieved the teaching purpose of“educating people and putting morality first”,and promoted the comprehensive development of resident doctors.
