摘要
目的探讨反思日志在新入职护士临床教学实践中的应用效果。方法选择2016年3月—2018年12月30名广东省潮州市人民医院新入职护士,通过传统岗前教学方法进行培训教学,设定为对照组;选取2019年3月—2021年12月30名新入职护士,在传统教学方法培训基础上加入反思日志培训教学,设定为观察组。比较两组教学效果。结果观察组护士认为反思日志提高自身求知欲、评判性思维能力、提高临床工作能力的比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士长及总带教认为反思日志提高护士求知欲、评判性思维能力、提高临床工作能力的比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组操作成绩、理论成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反思日志在新入职护士临床教学实践中具有较高的应用价值,可提高护士分析评判性思维能力及考核成绩。
Objective To explore the application effect of reflection diary in the clinical teaching practice of newly recruited nurses.Methods Thirty new nurses in the Chaozhou People's Hospital from March 2016 to December 2018 were selected for training and teaching through traditional pre job teaching methods,and were set as the control group;Thirty new nurses from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected to join the reflection log training teaching on the basis of the traditional teaching method training,and were set as the observation group.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of nurses in the observation group that reflection diary improved their thirst for knowledge,critical thinking ability and clinical work ability was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The head nurse and the chief nurse in the observation group thought that the proportion of the reflection diary to improve the nurse's thirst for knowledge,critical thinking ability and clinical work ability was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operational performance and theoretical performance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reflection log has high application value in the clinical teaching practice of new nurses,which can improve nurses'analytical and critical thinking ability and assessment performance,and can be popularized.
