摘要
目的探析慕课结合翻转课堂在妇产科教学中的应用效果。方法选取本院妇产科实习生116名,实习时间在2017年3月—2019年2月,回顾性分析实习生的临床资料,根据实习过程中带教方式的不同进行分组,其中2017年3月—2018年2月的58名实习生纳入对照组,采用常规教学模式,其余2018年3月—2019年2月的58名实习生纳入研究组,采用慕课结合翻转课堂教学模式,对比两组教学方式的教学效果。结果两组入科时理论知识、操作实践考核成绩及临床思维能力评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出科时,研究组理论知识、操作实践考核成绩及总成绩高于对照组,临床思维能力3个维度评分高于对照组,且组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慕课结合翻转课堂在妇产科教学中的应用效果显著,不仅可以提高实习生的理论和实践能力,还有助于促进实习生的全面发展,提高其临床思维能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of MOOCS combined with flipped classroom in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods 116 interns from obstetrics and gynecology were selected.The clinical data of the interns were analyzed retrospectively from March 2017 to February 2019.58 interns from March 2017 to February 2018 were included in the control group,and the other 58 interns from March 2018 to February 2019 were included in the study group,The teaching effect of two groups of teaching methods was compared by using the combination of MOOCS and flipped classroom teaching mode.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge,practical evaluation and clinical thinking ability in the two groups(P>0.05).At the time of graduation,the theoretical knowledge,operational practice assessment scores and total scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of the three dimensions of clinical thinking ability were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MOOCS combined with flipped classroom in obstetrics and gynecology teaching is significant,which can not only improve the theoretical and practical ability of interns,but also promote the overall development of interns and improve their clinical thinking ability.
