麻醉住院医师规范化培训是解决我国麻醉医生紧缺的重要举措,麻醉住培医生作为生命的守护者每天都面临着巨大的压力和挑战,各住培单位如何有效加强对麻醉医生的培养至关重要。麻醉住培基地应积极开展高质量线上教学,结合基于问题教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)和案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的优势,激发学员的主动求知欲,通过导师制加强师生联系,增强麻醉住培学员的归属感,保证麻醉规范化培训的有序高效运行。针对高强度和高风险的工作压力,应积极开展住培学员的心理疏导,确保麻醉住培学员不会因工作压力和心理问题退出或暂停规范化培训,为我国麻醉专业人才梯队的建设贡献一份重要力量。

The standardized training of anesthesiologists is an important measure to solve the shortage of anesthesiologists in our country.As the guardian of life,anesthesiologists face great pressure and challenges every day.How to effectively strengthen the training of anesthesiologists in residential training units is very important.Anesthesia training base should actively carry out high-quality online education,combine the advantages of PBL and CBL to stimulate students'active thirst for knowledge,strengthen the contact between teachers and students through tutorial system,enhance the sense of belonging of anesthesia standardized training students,and ensure the orderly and efficient operation of anesthesia standardized training.Facing high-intensity and high-risk work pressure,we should actively carry out psychological counseling to ensure that the anesthesiologists will not withdraw or suspend the standardized training due to work pressure and psychological problems,so as to contribute an important force to the construction of the talent echelon of anesthesiology in China.
