锌湿法冶炼系统脱除钙镁的研究进展

摘要 湿法炼锌系统中钙镁的结晶严重影响整个系统的运行,如何脱除钙镁已成为锌冶炼行业亟需解决的一个难题,本文综述了国内外从锌冶炼系统中脱除钙镁的方法及研究进展,介绍了精矿酸洗法、溶剂萃取法、氟化沉淀法、冷却结晶法、开路溶液法的机理,并分析了各种方法的优缺点及应用前景。 As calcium-magnesium(Ca-Mg)crystallization seriously affect the operation of hydrometallurgical zinc extraction systems,a lot of attempts have been made to solve this issue.The article provides an overview of the practices and R&D in the industry for Ca-Mg removal.These practices include concentrate acidic washing,solvent extraction,fluoridation for precipitation,and cooling for crystallization,solution bleeding.The article analyzes the working mechanisms,strengths and weaknesses,and the prospects of application of these practices respectively.
